This is the Blu-ray bonus episode, which means it exists purely because someone on staff knew you'd want more of the exact same thing, and it delivers the exact same thing: the no-name-just-titles cast, the low-key workplace tension, the animators still lovingly rendering tan lines like it's a matter of professional honor. Nothing happens. That's the point. It's a character showcase disguised as a throwaway, and if you already know why Douki-chan's face doing the thing is funnier than any punchline, you don't need convincing. SYNOPSIS
