SYNOPSIS
A new investigator arrives at Dali Temple in Changan City, ready to prove herself alongside the sharp-witted Li Yuanfang. Together they pursue cases that spiral into something larger: the shadow network of the Yao Tian organization, whose motives remain frustratingly unclear. As Yun Ying and Li Yuanfang dig deeper, they discover that both the Temple and Yao Tian operate under the same sky, each convinced they're protecting the city through their own brand of justice. The real question isn't who's right or wrong, but whether truth itself bends depending on which side you stand on. Mysteries compound. Alliances fracture and reform. Comedy bleeds into genuine tension as characters realize their enemies might be fighting for reasons they actually understand. Changan City becomes a puzzle where every piece looks like it should fit, but nothing sits quite flush.
